Special repair Question

I currently have 110+ in Weapons 80 in Accs and 70 Armour. Special repair should be 100% for all three?

Recently I went to SR someones armour and it stated Chance of success 70%.....Anyone???

Yes you have access to 1 sr a day and can do any of the three types once. click the repair word to swap it to special repair. This is based on esoma knowledge not anything they might have changed here.
