Whilst doing an upgrade at anvil I put the weapon and toe in and then clicked produce nothing happened (Altough the button clicked down as can be seen on the video) and nothing happened so tried to click produce a few more times but was unable to click the button at all.
I paused the fraps since i thought that was that hence the video splits into two, I then pressed escape and F10 and the items were still in inventory but at this point i crashed / dc'd. Logged back in and weapon and toe were gone. Could finito please look into what happened to poor brad's axe? It is probable it failed but since I also crashed and the odd circumstances surrounding it, there may be some kind of bug involved? http://youtu.be/yu0bLfhUIlA
