to be fair to all parties... If one of ur buddies at work.. or 1 of ur managers gets the ''sack'' just accept it.
If u ask questions.. u put the guy ur asking in a difficult situation.. if he answers, he maybe emabarrssing the guy who's ''sacked'' or u mayb embarrassing the guy ur asking coz he dont wana embarrass the guy ur asking about.. life is life.. shit happens... just let it happen Mayb some guys get sacked for being lazy.. or other reasons...

Donations go to an email located elsewhere which he does not have access to not to Ian directly. It is purely his name on the account and this has been rectified.
