has there been any thought on upping legendary drop rate? im sure it was said that after one dropped there was something in place to make them have more of a chance to drop but as of yet we havent seen anymore dropping.
i know they are supposed to be rare but one in the entire time server has been up is a little harsh and maybe something that needs looking into when there is time? :p
