Did a little testing.
Keen Eye with Attack +2 (Current Keen Eye effect)


Keen Eye with Attack +2~2 (For the sake of testing / showing how it stacks)


Best solution would be to make Hero rings 2~2 Attack and then change Keen Eyes to 2~2 for both races but could possible seen as "overpowered" imo.

Hope this messy paint job helps.
