lvl 20 skeleton quest

MONSTERMAN
THe quest for magic earring or hero ring seems bugged got a lvl 40 char wanna get the hero ring but all youngsi says is ctr+m for map and scr up/down to change aura logs lol. Cant even get to quests there. check the npc pls. also on a lvl 32 same.
