All the work gone into the server recently is much appreciated and great to hear about the upcoming content and features. I believe a few more changes could be done to pique people's interest and get more playing;

* Gems - Adding a gem pouch (similar to fortune pouches) to the farm mobs would be good as currently gems are only available via bosses and that spawn once per 2 days. Having high chance for Small gems and Low chance for Large gems would make these valuable as well as saving spaces in monster drop files.
* Abyss Rings - These rings seem to have been forgotten when making recipes for Earrings/Necklaces.
* Lower level drops - Adding small chance for some upgrades would give low levels something to use for trading should they get a nice upgrade, or to save for later.
* Upgrade shop - If the next patch content gets added to Conti, give them a repeatable quest that gives an item that can be exchanged for an upgrade of choice so if you get unlucky, you can still feel like you are getting somewhere. The amount to kill then jump up by 100~200 per completion.
* 110% stats in Conti - This would increase speeds of leveling/farming across the board for all and overall make it more desirable.
* Vod Raid - Possibly increase the time from 10 mins to 30 min (t6~t9) so a bit more action/scouting can happen. Maybe have the portal open for 10 mins when bosses spawn in that area for some interesting fights.
* Hog/Apai/Trolls - Add these to Conti with increased drop rates. Along with MindAid/Tow on Trolls and Deva/Rdt on Hog/Apai and Invuln. Possible locations could include
Apai - Long stretch of area in a line above hoppers/merc portal
Hogs - Replace Warban/Mess or Tarkhili Warrior
Trolls - Add to light house / middle map cliff so near Drazil Druid.
* Gorshak - Add Rdt/Tow/Deva pills to make it more appealing. Currently only drops Pills of Dread / Delight Tablet, while Insane Pamoth drops all stat upgrades. Ofc this applies to Hsoma too as he's considered one of the big bads of Soma and should drop accordingly.
* Keen Eyes - Change to atk~atk so they can be used on more accessories.
* Level 4 spells - Or at least status spells as level 1's have poor range etc.
* Bravery Rings - Remove Con/Wis to allow them to be upgraded.

Farm mobs on Conti combined with a global stat% increase, with a minor increase to drop rates would help to encourage Wotw participation and raids, would also mean that higher levels will be around to defend Conti from raiders as they're already in the map so may help to keep Conti safer for lower levels as well.

Event ideas;
New King of the Hill type event that has been mentioned before where your race performance dictates how much benefit/penalty is applied globally to your mobs.
Or a timed event that buffs a randomly spawned boss every 4 hours and if it isn't killed then de-buffs are applied, if killed, buffs are applied. Buffs/De-buffs could include stat inc/reduction, zone effects that provide you or monsters with status effects etc, increased hp regeneration. Entirely depends on what's possible.

Overall with these changes i believe it would address a few issues people have with the current content and especially Conti, while also helping to bring people together and see that Soma is still alive n kicking and going on strong.

After playing Soma for a long time, it's nice to see Soma still active after all these years and that the GM's are willing to spend their time and money on this project for us to keep it going for us, which we are all thankful for, though may not show it often!

I like some of these ideas!

Some cool ideas there really like the idea of certain maps.giving you buffs for completing certain things , and like you said doesn't have to be too drastic even a little hp Regan and I'm sure it's possible as in abias there's the areas that reduce health regeneration and stamina regeneration

Absolutely no way. Gorshak was moved to conti to vod to stop devils teaming with humans ect, opening it for devs to come to human bosses would be a joke.

It works both ways humans can enter Infernal caves at the same time but no1 choses to.
Maybe add 15 lvl restriction for vod/ic just like pk mode?

And the likelihood that the boss will spawn in that 30
Minutes is very slim. So many people crying about PvP!

While good ideas for RVR, RVR is essentially broken. So I wouldn't encourage any new ideas centered around raiding ect ect bombo. I wouldn't call it crying, its a legitimate point.

The reasons rvr is broken is because humans decide not to team up or show up in matched numbers,


The last 2 times they have done they have won ss and wotw!

Yeah RvR isn't broken at all, you can't expect to be able to out pot capped Devils all hitting you simultaneously..
Like JR said, when humans turn up in numbers and work together u always win np, the problem is - you don't turn up, you don't work as a team and all you do is constantly moan making humans not turn up.

If conti was made worthwhile making humans turn up, then I think the opinions of a lot of people thinking Devils are 'overpowered' would be myth busted.

I was replying to your RvR is broken statement, which is derived from lack of human attendance to wotw which makes people think that it's broken because we win against 5-6 humans turning up and why you're complaining about vod/ic portal makes no sense, woah.. u will lose 50 pos if a bunch of Devils actually manage to find and kill you in the deserted place, within 10 mins.
