It is but only for specific versions of gdi32.dll

I don't recognise the versions in 5.x 6.x etc. mine is win 7 pro 64 bit SP1

Going by your version of OS it will be Version 6.1.7601,17514 Windows 7 which is currently one of the versions that is not working.
The fix for this issue is currently being tested. It will be released as a client patch when have got confirmation that it is fixed.

Would love to get this fixed ASAP - its a ball ache not being able to illegally stream on my 2nd monitor whilst playing :P

For Windows 7 you will have to get me the version information of GDI32.dll from either System32 or SysWow64 and upload the file somewhere so I can make a patch for it.
I am guessing it is also broken on Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 aswell. |

I noticed this in the last couple patches. Not sure which. Does that file get changed with Windows updates? Otherwise if that file is still live from previous pm finto in drop box. Otherwise I'll upload another when I get home.
I notice it's aggregated by multiple sessions of soma open at once dunno if that a sure fire link but I notice it a lot more as it grinds to a halt until a relog which may fix it for a few mins
