"PROTEUS"No botters are doing anything interesting because botting sucks. We will never catch the multis. I just like being able to work while I play and not go braindead. I'm always at my pc. I don't understand why it's acceptable to bot as long as you are not AFK. I can't level as fast as a bot would, even if soma had 100% of my attention.

The only reason i'm public about it is Isylver has said its fine as long as you are at your PC and never AFK. If that has changed i'll have to rethink how I play but I know many people don't have the stamina to try and catch multis these days especially when people like me only log onto their own chars and don't have multi crews.
Either way, Silence you're moaning about something that really doesn't affect you, i've been level 48 for ages now. What are you worried about? You should be more worried about Harry Tom or Kim Jong Il logging onto chars 24/7 to get their e-peen fix, not a casual who only plays to level up and fight new mobs. [/quote]

My whole point of this thread was .. bots/ pilots/ multies whatever... is that it doesnt seem to have benefitted any1 in a major way? No monsters running round pkin/ killing in 1-2 hits. If we have a new judge dread to dish out some punishements from now on.. there's no major damage to the game been done. Only thing ive seen that looks overly advantageous, nay suspicious, is a couple of players ( mayb when the ''duping period '' was occurring... b4 my time ) ..is some very op accessories, If Nm think they are ''boycotting'' or just sulking... or throwing their toys outta the pram...take your pick..rember..you are the 1s throwing 1000's of hours away that youve played here. Lets not forget...every1 can go on moaning about what HAS happened ..like i said no major damage been done. We can all moan and the GM's close the game..or we can all hope for a better '' justice'' ..carry on playing. That way soma continues, and none of us waste the 1000's of hours we've put in. Im sure 99% of players here want soma to continue.

Having some assistance to help clicking while you're at your PC makes Soma less boring and keeps people playing. Bots suck man, you still gotta be at your PC to while botting and they are no where near as good as a real player at leveling. There really isn't much difference in speed of leveling. The only difference is if someone is cheeky and goes AFK overnight, at which point they need to be banned.

How can u ban multies....? u go to work/college whatever... you telling me if u have a lazy ass brother.. or sister.. or whatever... u dont teach them how to craft? or kill a few mobs? while ur at work? Multies happen in all games. cant be policed and absolutley no problem, whether u like it or not... BUT afk botting can be policed and more to the point punished severley
