Only seem to give 0.2-0.6% per pot depending on size, is this as intended?

There aim was to help rested back when it was only free double exp to lv30, around them lvs they will give 3ish% for a large, and they give less the higher level you're. But now free rested lasts till 50 they're not great, I spoke to Isylver about this around a year ago and it wasn't something they was looking at changing but did mention maybe they'll add extra large potions that would give more. Maybe they'll add at some point?

Yeah I was only level 50ish when I was getting 0.6% from large, must be like 0.006 at 80+ on that scale =)
