If you baned a lvl 100 characters (phyra/sybertooth/hurricane/slither/rare etc) that never do anything wrong in game and you don't give an explanation or anser messages in that stage of the server because someone appear when we start killing a boss and start saying screen that and that I don't accept it.

just a little insight, i'd logged off because was uninterested in killing dionaea, came back to pvp. this continued for another 5-10 mins after the video ends however i didn't record. was eventually hit and run'd to death, can quite clearly see that i didn't hit the boss or use the healer. don't see phyra or sybertooth at all but nevertheless, RIP. edit; special mention to hurricane for tanking those DB's

It's clear, from the start, the excuse of 'I thought it was okay' isn't going to hold. I would suggest anyone under a ban or punishment for this, fairly or wrongly, admit that aspect and state clearly, it is clear to a toddler that what you were doing was taking clear advantage of an innocent error within the server. That doesn't make your actions innocent but it does mean you wasn't creating a macro or program which interfere with the games interface.
Ghostlord has a role to do, especially with Dan on limited availability due to his family and Finito being limited in life. I commend Ghostlords activity, openness and the fact that he is taking action to make this server a fair and longstanding Soma. As a player is too low to care about level 100 characters or bosses, I would suggest the following: :: A clear announcement on this issue and the fact it has not been fixed but anything along these lines will result in X punishment by a GM. :: A GM speak to each banned member about this incident. Get their account, which I would hope is a honest and upfront one. :: On this occasion allow all players who have taken part in that open discussion, to receive a certain period of ban and then it be lifted. I would also express my view that no matter what this incident is, a special consideration should be sought as it is the festive period and yes, people turn to Soma for festive enjoyment. I say this not as a get out clause for the banned members to get 'let off" but due to the spirit of Soma and what this server stands for. Of course the above should only apply to those banned players who satisfy the GM team in their convictions and response to this exploit. Loads will say keep them banned. But I have only returned after a year break and know they are active players who contribute to making this gaming environment what it is today. Just my views.
