Considering the fact that tomorrow is Christmas as well as the history of the bug and the fact that it's fixed. I've decided to unban the group tomorrow (early afternoon).
Let me be very clear though. No_mercy guild was warned about using the GV healer. Sylver popped up one day and told them. A while later that day I was randomly watching there and someone said 'hey guys, sylver said we couldn't do this'. So I popped up and warned them again. We all know how fast news travels in soma and all your whatsapp groups and whatnat. I consider(ed) no_mercy fairly warned. I'll can also tell you that based on this thead my decision only got harder and I was leaning more and more to a 'let them ride it out'. However, as said, it is nearly Christmas and the offense isn't too bad. It will count as a first strike though. *edit* Excuse the late reactions to some. I was still twisting and turning this in my head.

Did anyone ever seriously believe that the GV healer was put there to allow players to lure a boss mob into the GV and be aided by an NPC?

One last request if you can fixed Blitzen so people can go kill it is shame to have that boss spawned and no one cares to go kill it. |

I think that is the right decision Ghostlord. As I said in my post, I don't know any who got banned as I've just returned but feel it's a fair review of what has happened.

Told multiple times yet still did it?
Post a thread complaining an they get unbanned based on it being "Christmas" Basically you can cheat but only around a festive period and you'll get away with it? Time of year shouldn't alter the rules... So I'm assuming all other banned chars will be unbanned because it's christmas? /gandalf

Any warning / change to rules ect needs to be clearly publiscied on forum imo Gandalf - the unban MAY have something to do with fact that some people were POSSIBLY unfairly banned when they had nothing to do with any luring / use of healer and simply for being wrong place at the wrong time.

Chewie .... ghostlord was the actual person who gave them the warning . Also the rule is published read the game rules and it's there. Tbh was expecting an unban anyway

Yes and his post suggests like we knew of this warning when we dont even know who he gave the warning to.
Someone from NM has asked him who he gave this warning to and he hasn't replied yet. If you stealth edit a rule into a thread that doesn't get posted in regularly, nobody is going to know about it. The bans made no sense anyway for most as I said people who simply turned up got banned, people who can't even use the healer got banned.

It was edited on the 16th of this month and I wouldn't call it a stealth edit when he posted to say he had made the change . What ever there unbanned now anyway. Wonder if others are going to get the same treatment

Rule is still unclear and doesny specify use of healer and there was no huts / houses involved. Would also be willing to bet most people dont read every single thread on the forum on a regular basis.
Use of edited clients to gain unfair advantages such as quicklogging ect has been against the rules from day 1 (been two years now ?), and is crystal clear that it is not allowed
