Im nearly finished punching through my rested lvls
just wondering is it worth skilling my wep anywhere or just lvl as normal and let the skill work itself out? cheers for any advice, oh and is there any mobs skilling on when we don't have event mobs.... delivery guards will always be missed

Hunt as normal and do a few punch levels towards the end of wbm
