Why my 4 year olds char was suspended

So i let my 4 year old son play while i play b/c it keeps him out of my hair etc etc,i try to log him on today and it says account suspended? would love know for what reason he has been suspended? hes 4 he cant spell he just likes to play his character's name is Joejackstack hes lvl 20.

Hi Lannister,

I did ask you about this in game whether you knew the character and why it was acting odd in game and more importantly why it shared the same IP.

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt this time around and unban it as after watching the videos again it is entirely possible it is a 4 year old playing.

yes you did and i am sorry wasnt for sure what his chars name was had it written down along with his acct stuff and i was crafting at that time so wasnt paying as much attention as i should have.thank you for giving me the benefit of the doubt on this ,hes only 4 and he doesnt entirely know whats going on but he likes to play which is cool.
