However, this problem seems to be bigger than just the chinese people. There are people from every continent who have the same problem. I would like to bring to the attention that there is a chance this is not the side of the game. We believe this issue comes from an ISP (Internet Servive Provider) which links a lot of the players to the game server. We have noticed that those who use Virgin as a provider have a higher risk of issues. Due to the way the internet works it is possible that this company delivers internet to our foreign (and some local) players. I hope you can be patient and bear with us while we continue to look into the situation. As I said we do not expect the problem to lie with us, but we will continue to look for a solution.
