"CYROX"I have the same problem. Constant dc. No lag, just client closing. Started on Saturday. I live in uk and on sky internet. It's not my internet connection as have tested that so at a loss as to what it is.


done a traceroute?

Blackhat - no I haven't done that. I will do one. But I'm not really very good at pcs and don't know what this would tell me and how i would go about fixing.

If you doa traceroute it will tell you if any of the servers/nodes your connection passes through are stopping you form connecting. Hence it will show you if your internet is at fault.

If it was a server problem, way more people would complain i would think ?

I for one, dont have any problems, so maby try to look into what the people with problem have in commen ?

Our the people dcing on windows 8? I'm kn windows 7 64bit and like I said before only dc when server goes down!

im on windows 8 i dont have any problems with dc my isp is Talktalk but when i was originally using there modem i was dcing every 5 minutes then i switched the modem to my old bt hub and its brilliant

I'm on Windows 7. Although I haven't been on much the last couple of days, I haven't personally experienced the disconnect problem. However, I have experienced the lag problem.

My crashing all of a sudden stopped last night. Not 1 crash for about 3/4 hours. Thing is I didn't do anything differently, it has fixed itself. Got my fingers crossed that it remains this way.
