Bans for forum flamers

BRAINDATA	I personally think the activity of certain users on noob account to hide their identity for flaming threads is actually just as damaging to the server as some of the libellous claims they are making themselves. At least we need to start seeing these accounts getting banned, I'd also suggest including the main chars as well. Or introduce lvl requirement for discussion hall posts. Bored of reading posts from salty scrubs..
