Bringing it back to topic Dsoma magmas are still op, I would not even attempt to hunt there if it wasn't for slow gear even with my int they still knocking chunks outta me but I guess the proof is in the pudding as I'm the only one who still seems to hunt there although regrettable I think that's about to change due to the nature and toughness of the mobs not seeming to coincide with the drops nearly 4K now still no df and not had and rdt since I made my 1k list (nearly 2k mobs ago) and only 1 mare I can't put the hours in nomore so I think it's time I called it a day there to like other devs have

I was managing to kill about 10 a hunt with a 20+ int set and slow proc access considering that's around 400 +100 a hunt, no including resis with those whelps that seem to spawn next to you... just doesn't seem worth the hassle. Could farm hogs/apai make about 400k a hunt with a chance at decent wep and egg drops

just a thought on this, you know how the magnus little cunts heal magmas, has anyone tried casting zombie on them to use the magnus against them?
