If there was a way to see the previous names maybe to cause no confusion, as random high levels appearing with new names would make people very suspicious

Make it like £20-30 for a name change so people will only have it if they really want it. Can only help the server in the future as well

Bare in mind at some points when the server is advertised it costs like $100 a day so even £30 isn't really that steep considering time and benefit that money would bring to the server.
I would want to change my name and I'd be willing to pay that |

The first point about server advertisement isn't relevant what so ever, its not like were talking about a subscription fee. Secondly you would be willing to pay that but I very much doubt the majority who want to change their names would be, therefore reducing the income from it.

Thinking something similar; On any requested "Used" name (Used being a name that existed more than 24 hrs and then toon deleted) give the original user an option to have it back. I wouldn't mind getting one of mine back.
