Meaning new players won't benefit from the new mobs if they start earlier than the blg / nm cap (excluding drops though of course). This has nothing to do with lvl 100. :P DSoma mobs will be easier to make as we will just have to base it on the lvl speed we want rather than work out the stat caps.[/quote]
