I've heard all kinds of stories bro - folk saying if you get your reward with an empty inventory it helps -
All those kinda shit old wives tales haha Bottom line is luck I guess like 99.9% of Dsoma. You have to be VERY lucky and that that luck thing just ain't me!

not me either, can remember doing the quest for supreme as I only had rare at the time, the quest item ended up being lowest rare u can get

Also only ever had rare, done weap quests and armours sup-invul etc

Also only had rare so far, but thats due to how the tag system works.
I believe, it has X chance to be a tag (hardended), then that hard is about 1/2 chance to be rare, the rare is 1/15chance to be epic, the epic is 1/20chance to be intense on normal drops. So the same probably applied for quests but starting at rare tag. (I am only assuming this is how the tag system works, I haven't had any confirmation, but it seems to be how it handles it from what I've seen)
