Those drops cannot be obtained from any mobs ordinarily. The Stingers can only come from a boss and the only boss (I think) that can be solo'ed for it would be the Evil Elf and since he spawns in town and is killed so easily, there are always many people on him like a rash. I have never had a stinger drop for me from anything ever. The tabs (I assume you mean clean tabs) are rare as fook elsewhere and I would guess most people have never had a single one (I have had only one in my entire Soma life from normal mobs with a gazillion kills). To get two is a feat in itself. I think increasing high end drops would be very dis-heartening and detrimental to the vast majority of players who are not high enough to hunt for that stuff.
