"CIROSE" I disagree with that statement, there are two ways to level dsoma mage, mages can lvl faster than any other class. The only limiting factor is how fast you can pour mana on monsters. Maybe I don't understand what you mean by consistently. After 20 level rested is used levels slow down significantly for all due to no rested and lvl 20 threshold crossed. Rush to play don't rush to finish Lv 38 Devil mage

I don't think killing brics in conti is a very good way to enjoy Soma or a way players should be forced to play in an mmo.
Most people do multi and it is not possible to play a Dsoma mage and level consistently without help from other people donating barr. I don't see the reason for the backlash, these are facts.[/quote]

"I0_0I""CIROSE" I don't mean leveling speed. I'm talking about being able to hunt consistently. Only for the kindess of others to give me barr i'm unable to hunt properly. I did an experiment and found that per spell cast I get the same EXP on abs as I do any other mob, all the way down to rotting corpse, however, if I don't hunt ABs I have horrible stat gains. I tried using all of my spells but they all use a lot more mana and potions per level than I have barr in my stash. I would prefer to level slower and be able to make some money, but if I do that they my character's stats will be bad. So from my experience Dsoma mages are stuck between a rock and a hard place. I didn't understand until I started playing myself from scratch with no help, just how difficult it can be. I would gladly accept a mob which is slower to level on but means I can level consistently without running out of barr or a spell which is less damage but doesnt eat up all my mana. I'm not asking for leveling speed or damage, just to be able to afford the barr to play the char and not have terrible stats. Warban can possibly tide me over for now anyway. I'll see what the drops are like.

"CIROSE" Not sure about your level or current stats, at 6x~70 and 9x~110 the server balances "classes" stats in slow downs. Stats gains are subjective and fluctuate over time. Here's some math to back up your experience though; AB = 68 MD 1150 hp, 1587 exp. RC = 42 MD 328 hp, 198 exp. FW = 30 MD 521 hp, 342 exp. if your att is 100 RC = (328/58) = 5.6 casts, 198/5.6 = 35.3 exp per cast AB = (1150/32) = 35.9 casts, 1587/35.9 = 44.2 exp per cast FW = (521/70) = 7.4 casts, 342/7.4 = 46.2 exp per cast (Experience expressed are points not %)

I did on one of my first posts in this thread tell you straight up, you can hunt Warban until at least 70 INT and make money doing so.
I don't understand where the confusion is coming from on what you should hunt...? |

"S0RCERER"I did on one of my first posts in this thread tell you straight up, you can hunt Warban until at least 70 INT and make money doing so. I did not think Warban could have so much INT so I assumed you thought I was still in the 30-50 range of INT. I overlooked Warban as I didn't expect them to have so much INT. I must have missed where you said until 70 INT.
