Imo something needs to be done to help mages on both worlds
Dsoma after stat rework they won't stand much chance pvp imo getting destroyed by all mellee with not much cast chance Hsoma - the crazy speed of the bows in game now mixed with acc gear some bows must nearly be able to fire 3-4 shots in the time of one cast, they easily stop casts 9/10times

Casting doesnt stop for a small amount of seconds, no matter whats hitting you |

Which is fine on dsoma with a variety of classes and bow speed not even comparable but hsoma 90%are bow and majority are outrageously quick which if Mage isn't doable what's the point in having it

Magic shouldn't be interruptable at all... Shouldn't need a bloody aura.

Totaly agree. Dsoma mages need buffing. Hsoma mages where op for a very long time but now with 5++ bows the pendulum has swung to far the other way. Mages on hsoma should be able to be interrupted but I think the dsoma aura should be added. Whether dsoma mages should be able to cast freely or not I dont know. I would guess they should.

Weps on dsoma are much slower so less likely to interrupt, maybe the damage should be capped lower and it not be able to be interrupted at all or add 4th staff on hsoma but it should last longer on both worlds, otherwise it's a 10 second window then feather/run the other 45 for regen or whatever it is
Or maybe cast speed should be linked to wep speed and allow staffs to be upped like all other weps

If mages cant be interrupted , put the damage cap back on spells same as esoma .................. cant have best of both

The argument would be mellee has no cap..... not doing int is the same choice as not doing str

Chronos weapon attack is much higher also add in KE ability for extra attack these days so melle has massive advantages over magic atm

Yes melee can upgrade there weapons but that means we have to risk the weapon in the first place. Spells raw damage is much more than Melee. Talking as in a mage against a melee char. Take me and you for example , were both very different builds in a fight were I didn't have any upgrades and neither did you I wouldn't stand a chance. Unless I got lucky with some interrupts.

Also on the KE side of like , mages have CT so that's kind of irrelevant. mages can upgrade there armour just the same as melee
