If mages upgrade their armour for MA then using me as an example I never cast... To cast against you at all I have to go full evasion (I've got one of the best sets available in game) and full on Dex access an even then you hit me a good 50% of the time making it hard for me to cast any spells, then the damage you do a hit is more than me with magic.

Also adding in that there are now much higher tagged melle weapons available and they scale much more than MA damage on staffs

This server benefits mages more than melee. Mages have cts for more damage, do max damage like esoma. Now mages have upgrades that magic attack can be added to armour. And ofcourse proc. Proc is so over powered it's untrue. I remember openthedoor casting proc on kazuo who has 167 int and it left about 50hp. Mages do not need a 4th aura so they can cast, this would just make them even more over powered.

The dex disparity between a devil mage and any other devil is far larger than anything humans have.

Even with the damage cap, without weaken, melee devils do more damage to mages than they take from them.

There is no reason to have magic interruptable in this game.
