hey i got this scissor set and necklace set for a quest from aseol in abias and sum npc in the bar in tyt.
for some reason the npcs wont take these items off me, they just tell me a random fact about soma when i try n have a convo with em ;o these 2 items have been takin up my item space and i want rid of them, cant drop em, cant sell em to shop. What shall i can i do to dispose of these things?

Sorry I can't help, but I just wanted to piggyback this thread and ask if there is any way that I can get rid of fortune tickets or spare essences (for example I have multiple evil bric essences)? It's pretty annoying!

i have the same problem, currently have 2 fortune tickets and 3 liqors and cant seem to do anything to get rid of them its quite annoying

I believe the quest needs to be fixed rathe than just the ability to remove the items, as the completion unlocks further quests down the line.... i think. As i cant access the celadon quest or legendary cookbook quest yet.

The cookbook quest worked for me but not the Celadon one.

Had the same issue with the scissors and jewelry. I completed all other open quests (possibly others not showing in ctrl+j also) and then I was able to hand in. I'm thinking it was a quest for the accessory vendor that fixed it possibly.

them quests are bugged, personally id like to see them fixed but if not maybe just disable them and allow the sole trader to take any untradeable item off your hands, i have constantly 4 slots being used in invent because of dodgey quests

Please report bugged quests in the bug section - Finito goes through it every now and then and tags the threads that are fixed.
