Make rested do what it was originally intended to.

In my opinion, rested exp should only accrue whilst a player is logged off (on that character), and not while in town and active. I believe this was the original intention, so players could catch up when they were offline for a large amount of time.

Now there isn't enough room to access the loom.

Hard to say this because it would hurt friends of mine who craft a lot, but this does make some sense.

No way you cant make it better for people who are online to log off, even if they are just crafting in town...
If you want more space there is always a loom at guild village.

More people online in town makes the game feel more full , more busy, more alive.

Yeah, that was my thought after posting above and thinking about it more. They're not going to do something that reduces the number of people online.
