Crafting speeds

I'd go with gand's idea. Quicker to 100 so ppl can do their own srs/ upgrades.
Might need a few more mats in the shops if that happens tho.. every1 might start crafting!! :P

Considering rates have been doubled and rested gains faster so people are leveling more than twice as quickly...

How about:
100% increase until 100 skill
75% increase from 100-150
50% increase from 150+

Or similar...

It's a tough one.. if you make it too easy then you'll kill the trading for sr's but at the same time it is a pain getting sr's.

I think those rates are far too high. If there is an increase I would say 10%-20% is fair?

There's plenty of srs around.. Players are reluctant to pay after having them for free or dirt cheap for so long.
Now the server's a bit busier.. srs are more in demand.
Still think make 0-100 mayb 20% qwikker to enable ppl to do their own stuff... then ye..10-20% qwikker from 100-200 mayb sounds fair

Whats the point of an increase if its going to be only 10-20%, leveling speed was more than doubled with double rates and faster exp...

I don't see why comparatively speaking this should be any different.

Gm's decide what's what. Up to them tbh.
Just opinions here.
Could be said... levelling increased so much, so fast.. you got more time to craft, so no crafting increases at all .
That could be one opinion.

If it would be increased it'll be by a low amount. This is mainly because we won't have to raise the caps for years. There's plenty of room for new recipes at high lvls.

what would be nicer is to increase the over all amount of combined skills that can be learned to allow additional crafts to be learnt by a single chr.

I'd agree with ghost.

Think a small combination would help wonders.

Full inventory sell is in the works I believe (lvl 100+ patch)
A 4% increase to rates (to match the lvl ing speed)
And reduce the delay between crafts a little

All that should speed crafting up by quite abit

I'v crafted on dsoma for a while.
Everyone seemed to go access and I went weps
I do feel like maybe a high level crafted wep maybe the training wep at something like 60/70 skill req would be fantastic and you would sacrifice bar (sell for 0) for speed.
This could give value back to bar.
The problem dsoma side is bones and they generally require spec gems to use. And to get about 1000 it will take forever. Then they're gone in less the half an hour.

A separate solution could be simular to the attack and Def buff potions, maybe a potion that doubles crafting speed but for say half an hour and requires pos and conti to obtain.

Maybe this solution can be done for most crafting methods that each take a inv slot, access/wep/arm both races with the same recipes.

Dsoma weap crafting sucks tho, players wont use untag weapons

And there's no way to increase chance of a tag.

If you are using special gems to get bones then you are doing it wrong.

Buy demon skulls from crafting vendor and devil stones from exchange. Use both to exchange for bone rings and you have a near infinite supply of bones so long as you have plenty of Barr and grab demon skulls at restock...........................

You want to talk about bones being stupid to get lets talk hsoma...... Alt gems in conti or the farm... Both are fkin stupid by comparison.

I even started keeping trash drops from Shanis to disassemble and only weops give old bones. Staffs can't be disassembled and neither can accessories..... And guess what drops more... Armour, staff and access....

I can log my devil and have 800 bones inside 10minutes.... The same cannot be said hsoma

That isn't unique to dsoma.

And if you use higher quality materials with higher skill, the untagged can be better than hardened and rare at lower skill weops.

That becomes less the case with higher skill weops cause the skill required to make is obviously higher and hence harder to proq the higher dps for weops.

Not to mention that the range of att on weops in dsoma is so varied it's stupid. You could have a dozen rare weops all with varied att

Maybe also add a item that can garentee a tag that goes in the special item box in a way gems do.

So maybe
The drops can guarantee a minimum of there reflective colour

Green hard
Blue rare
Purple epic
Yellow int

Obviously the higher you go the rarer the chance of a drop, maybe gorshak level drop for the yellow, and perhaps add the others to bosses like pamoth etc that nobody currently actively hunts

Again this could be for both races.
Maybe even somethin that only drops in conti standard mobs and non conti bosses.
