Get Nite to replace it, his fault shouldn't be killing guild mates in town.

How Nite can replace it if he probably will be banned? As far I know killng guild members in town while they are afk is against the rules. You cant blame anyone for picking this helmet and not returning it except Nite for his *******. But still even if Tongs enemy picked the helm it would be fair to return it as he didnt drop it in fight but only becouse of stupidity of his own guild mate. I remamber situation when Ghost(i think) killed some ppl in TYT and he didnt suspect that they will drop items (some of them dropped very nice equipment) and all got returned to their previous owners.
Anyway I Think GM should have an eye on this as item has been lost after illegal action that shouldnt have happen. Ps. Dont be harah for my bad grammar

town is the place not to worry to be afk so gms must give it back , and ban the guy who did that !!!!! |

It's not the fault of anyone but the guy dicking around in town. You can't blame the person who picked it up as it was fair game to pick up. I would have given back to anyone who dropped but the hostility between the 2 guilds here will probably make that a non issue. [/quote]

This is just sad... 10% helm takes a lot of time to make ... and then som1 kills u in town(Nite) and Hawkmoon picks it up... GM`s need to decide whats going to happen realy coz lets me fair maybe 5% of soma players would return the helm.

But vice versa would it have been returned to DL? Only person to blame is the guy who killed you in town. |

Pretty sure if I died in town and dropped my +8 bow, it wouldn't even be spoken about, it would be laughs all round and someone claiming a new bow.
