This whole thread just shows what so many of you are like lol.
I for one would give any thing back dropped by someone in any circumstance as that's who I am let alone by a action out of there hands and completely unfair to them. Exactly why the user count is dwindling, an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind. How about showing some courage and humanity and show you're better than the people you mentioned before? Not like you can use or need, just puts another nail in the game.

You cant blame anyone for picking this helmet and not returning it except Nite for his *******. But still even if Tongs enemy picked the helm it would be fair to return it as he didnt drop it in fight but only becouse of stupidity of his own guild mate. I remamber situation when Ghost(i think) killed some ppl in TYT and he didnt suspect that they will drop items (some of them dropped very nice equipment) and all got returned to their previous owners. Just make it so items cant be dropped in town. How hard is it.

I don't think that was me, as I don't remember this at all. However, this would be the only situation where returning items is the proper way to go.

This seems like a fairly simple 'fix'. However, removing PK would be one step too far maybe as you should still be able to shoot at people with Wicked moral.

Personally I would probably give the item back, maybe the 3 of you could come to some mutual agreement to buy the helm back at a heavily discounted rate. This is the attitude to have, carry on playing and no doubt you'll get a decent replacement soon.
