Hate to say it but DL have a valid point... happened before to them on various chars which I am aware off... unfortunately it's fair game considering the rivalry between guilds in question...

Theres goes PVP out the window, bit pointless u was the only one in guild that would PK rest are a bunch of pu***s MM and PHP joint tops -_-
Dunno wtf NITE was thinking must have relapsed, hence when ever im in town he trys hit me i got for the kill have warned him plenty times dnt hit me when in town kid never learns -_-

You cant blame anyone for picking this helmet and not returning it except Nite for his *******. But still even if Tongs enemy picked the helm it would be fair to return it as he didnt drop it in fight but only becouse of stupidity of his own guild mate. I remamber situation when Ghost(i think) killed some ppl in TYT and he didnt suspect that they will drop items (some of them dropped very nice equipment) and all got returned to their previous owners. I don't think that was me, as I don't remember this at all. However, this would be the only situation where returning items is the proper way to go. Myself i cant see a GM wanting to get involved and return the said helm, Its not the game mechanic's,Soma i've learnt is a dog eat dog world. & i bet hawk cant eat another thing lol :p
you can't say to nite 1 second b4 he killed you to fo and state you was afk. To be fair we all hit our own guild members in town, Nite just got caught out and you dc'd? As for the guilt trips to return it lol. Hole server knows if dl member dropt it there's no way in hell any of us would get any item bk especially that helm. I like tongskie tbh but i would have a price to return; Any thing drop't is a reward or have i missed somthing? Took Brad all but 2 seconds to say hawk got it lol, Im sure he just did the same thing with a +5 bow from bk? A clear case of double standards me think's what a nerd lol.
