Believe this may be a similar issue that has been mentioned in the advisor hall
"MASTASYO"This looks to be the multi-monitor issue, have seen it mentioned in searches. Game starts out fine but degrades over 5-10 mins until it becomes unplayable. I'm having the same issue too start Soma its fine then issue in severe frame rate drop after 10/15 mins sometimes varies, relog sorts only for it to pop up again. does seem to improve when i dont have youtube etc playing on other monitor which is obviously solution to my problem.....but how the hell can you craft without watching something on youtube :P

KB4013418 mentioned earlier has updates around multi-monitor support and was applied to my system the day I started experiencing issues, that's why I am suspicious of it, unfortunately I can't roll it back.
Can work around this by disabling a monitor, sadly this impacts my ability to watch trash on youtube though.[/quote]

Needs posting in the bug section for finito to see, windows update has coursed a lot of multi monitor issues, finito seems to fix this fast when he's aware of it

Yeah, I need to release a client patch, this happens everytime there is a windows update that changes gdi32, one day ill have to see if I can try to automate the patch that has to be done.
