Any chance of an NPC where you can sell soulbound items, I have a couple I cant use cluttering up my stash but I cant throw them, cant sell, cant use, so all they do is take up a slot.

Something like essence trader ouside abias but for souls, or make them like a quest

I have added a task to change it so that such items can be sold at any NPC store. The change will come with the big update though because it has a buyback feature that I feel is needed for this.

Might need to add an extra warning when selling for these items though, or is buyback enough, thoughts?

Another idea would be to give warning and destroy the item when trying to throw it from inventory.

Id like to stay away from the warnings as they become repeatative and you end up just auto oking then

Don't know if this is possible

There any chance you can colour the blank space around the item ? In the inventory

Could set a colour for quest items and then also use the background of taged items to represent there tag

Yeah, so using stores with buyback should be good enough.

Already on the list of things to do, though colour is not enough will need an alternative way to identify also because of colour blindness.

With the buy back feature does it stay there forever or once you close the shop window it disappears?

The size of the buyback inventory is 50 (it will remove oldest first) and the items stay until the server is rebooted.

Yes, per character.

By design it cannot be used exactly like a storage though for items with quantity. Buy back is transaction based so if you sell 10 of an item then sell another 20 of the same item it will not stack them there will be two items in the buyback list one with quantity 10 and another with quantity 20. It is the same when buying back can only take the full quantity of the item.

Great ideas. I know I've heard it's too difficult to extend wh space but how about like a quest npc where you can store only quest items? That was you wouldn't need to do the colour scheme. Although that might be in the same band as adding wh space?
