If you had say 50 or even 100 con then would there be any noticeable hp regen increase? thanks[/quote] Main factor in regen is being below certain breakpoints of your filled bagweight, most noticable at under 70% then under 30%, and 0% minus bagweight used (by upgrading an item to have less than 0 bagweight also helps regen)[/quote]
