When do dsoma stat gains apply

I always assumed that dsoma gains were essentially the same as hsomas, just restricted until you leveled up and then you receive them in one go.

So if i have 49.9 str and am lvling on a monster who has 100str (50+str above me, and hence should give maximum stat gains), will I get that maximum bonus for the entirety of the level, or will the game secretly think I have 50.1/2/3 etc str during that level as I'm killing monsters and gaining stats (which just arent visible until I ding).

I know its not a big deal, and even less of a deal because of the patch coming """""""""soon""""""""" , but still would like to know for clarity.

cheers!

It's based on your current str until you lvl

The only thing I'm not to sure on is weather it works up to 0.9 or if it rounds you up after 0.6 like your attack does (e.g. if you have 50.6str your att without a weapon is 51)
