Is it better to use 2nd or 4th for hunting?

Do u mean 1st as second is evasion(assuming your on about staff)

Iv always found it better using 3rd as 1st dosnt recover quick enough

Hsoma has a 4th? I used 3rd to hunt with until i was about 120int then I used 1st and never had to use a single pot again :P

my bad!! as u can see, I'm not and never have been a mage ;p I mean between 1st and 3rd, I have never ever had 90 staff skill on any soma I played ^^

Depends which spell you're using, if ironfist/explosion you'll require the use of 3rd. If you're going to a level 3/4 white/black spell (at around 120int as mitch said, you can hunt with 1st and low bagweight to not require pots)
