BL00D_SHOT	1355, just to clarify, no items on soma proc 'randomly' they will proc a certain % of the time For example, 10% will be roughly 10 in every 100 hits will be proc and 20% will be 20 in every 100 hits. Randomly, would be 100 hits = 40 procs then your next 100 is 70 procs and next hundred 10 procs and so on.
