Aye it’s going to be a nightmare for the first few wotw’s. But hey soma isn’t meant to be easy and it’s certainly not fun! We play out of addiction surely? Haha

just put another nightmare spawn and LB spawn on a hsoma map and give conti to the devs lmao humans dont want it anyway? Its only used for the nightmare mobs anyway i belive.
Devs complain about the likes of gan and devul.... Last night melle devs where taking names and even devil mages.... Laz was 2 hitting me np lol If this % and leveling out situation isnt sorted i belive that alot of humans will just stop attending.

"STRELKA""JAMIS"Devils are far too strong (excluding int now that ITF has gone) and should have non INT stats reduced I would agree. Yes/no. Percent works fine for WotW but that doesn't address the other events where the percent system is not in use. Sacred Stone, general conti raids, VoD/IC fights all use different %. The value in reducing stats overall would be that other types of characters rather than just mages can participate in WotW and therefore it's more fun for everyone. I also agree with Birdman's comments that there is an imbalance in the reward for winning WotW. For devils they get a significantly better spawn for WBM whereas there is nothing really on the map other than LB that makes it worth fighting for for humans. If stinger class weapons were added to drazil on a low % or a spawn of magma with higher % drops was added for each race then I think you'd see a much more intense fight at WotW.

Thats the percent system though?
If it has to be that devils are on 50% to balance the races in terms of strength, items, attendence, teamwork then wins should start alternating every few battles around that. A new balance point has to be found.
Maybe it used to be around 90%, but as you say devils have had an influx. The guild I'm part of is almost entirely new characters who started attending - we werent there two months ago, now we are mostly 90+ and with decent items and teamwork
A new balance in the % system has to be found. I liked this war because while I still get 3 hit by top human mages, I wasnt able to hit-4th-hit humans who arent even capped (like Meek, bless his little cotton socks), and when wearing int gear I took pretty noticable damage from melee humans. It meant we had protracted scraps that went back and forward, not just instakills.
Tl;dr - percent system is fine and needs to readjust to the relative.power and population of each race every so often.[/quote]

Raid % is based on the conti percent minus a lot. I'm not sure if this counts for T6 raids.
SS % is based on the conti %, I don't believe it differs at all. |

Raid % is wotws % - 12.5%, same with t6 raids, to my knowledge anyhows I did enjoy this weeks war but i agree there could do with some sort of % tweak for attendance if possible, same when dsoma % gets low then humans u never see apear and make the current % impossible vs them numbers Devils are on 70% next wotw, if we have the numbers we had it should be fun, if not we will get slaughted

"JAMIS" Another approach would be to depower the value devils put on it but increasing hwan spawn. Making devils level from 65-95 (depending on class) at one mob, and then having hwan spawn be pathetic and conti be perfect is not a great solution. It means devils must have conti, whereas humans aren't interested. I think for a melee class who is doing their last 5 or 10 levels at wbm, the conti spawn is probably 2 or 3 times faster for leveling when busy than the hwan spawn (not considering the 10% exp bonus). I think a magma spawn with a fractionally increased drop chance for both races would be the perfect solution. Top players/guilds would go to war for that, and attendence would be stable and high, but it's not the be-all and end-all if you have to go magmas with the usual drop file.

That's when I went to - 2000 pos
Does not show on feed after. Only recently did a quest to get more pos. I've been plenty of times, and always get ripped to pieces as my int isn't good enough to kill devils. How about hsoma and dsoma both get 7 points per level and equal armour and weapon stats!
