[SOLVED] Wiggling/shaking People

OPENTHEDOOR	Since the last patch, Every NPC, player and mob is wiggling/shaking. Kinda looks like they are all on drugs at a rave. Few people in guild said they have had this before, but just uninstalled and reinstalled. But this hasn't worked. Any thoughts or ideas?
