Anychance this item can be looked at, useless as it stands.. As even the rare-intense one awarded from the quest, is worse than an untagged Medallion. I understand that they're not dropped, but could be added to mags easily enough.
The ideal for this neckie; Magic Attack, rather than Melee Attack. Just a thought, much appreciated.

They're everywhere, untags go for 100k apc standard...
The level for the pendant quest is 62, everyone has a medallion by then. |
