GVW suggestion

Been thinking of easy ways to spice up the action, rather than it being tail-end battle oriented.

One idea that came to mind was a kill count.

For a GVW to be won, there has to be a certain number of "kills" of people attending GVW before the stone is activated.

The number required should be high enough to require fighting all the way - I was thinking about 250-300, however maybe as high as 500 - I don't know how many people could die in 1hr of constant war, so just putting a figure there.

If the kill count isn't met - ie people aren't killing each other - the GV stays in control of defender

The defender could just not turn up and they would not have people to contribute to the killcount lol

every war i've been to there's been a GM.

if defender doesn't turn up, could have a manual deactivation / insta-gib the number of people :P

I like the lock out idea more than the kill count. Doors to the stone room lock 5-10 minutes before the end and allow no new entries. Would make people roll the dice timing their repot run and then get REALLY conservative with those pots once inside and locked.

Think it could lead to some interesting guild strategies and kill orders etc.

This has to be automatic. A GM would HAVE to be online to check who turns out. Otherwise it's a no go.

Then you would have all guilds teaming up against the defender, and locking them all out.
Then fighting amongst themselves
