I had an awful lot of problems at wotw and some in pking today with casting 4th bow. I thought it might be related to use of 1st and second, but I gave up using them and they still didn't go off when used half the time. Other archers also reported this (seemed more at wotw than pking some time after).
5th axers also reporting their stone isn't working as it used to. It's always been a bit buggy, now it sometimes will not fire on standing targets when no cooldown issues. Other issues seem to have been fixed really really well, thanks for that.
