Boss Spawns

Now that Finito has done an A1 job of upgrading the Boss spawns (notification by the guards that the rascals are coming), could we return the fixed timed spawns back to normal (to prevent camping by inert capped chars).

Or, perhaps, just the Queen and the Raro which are the two that are camped and farmed for stuff to make 00ber items which are then (allegedly) sold from foreign lands into the UK ....
