Really like the idea of bosses making them selves known. It still gives archers a primary advantage to trace that boss but also gives every other class a clue that its even online.

I, personally, like the fact that Pammy weps aren't miles ahead of rare/epic LB weps. I just want to raise another point about boss spawns too:

On the test server certain bosses, like MWUN, became the 'property' of No_Mercy. If you weren't in the guild you got killed and denied the opportunity to grind this boss which dropped incredibly important items. On top of that, No_Mercy were hardcore enough to be at every single MWUN spawn except 1-2 per day, using trace to get the boxes and teleport people exactly to the boss.

The outcome of this was simple: No_Mercy could farm mares bloods (accuracy) and bagweight increase elixirs (most important item ingame) all day, while everyone else had to hunt for many many more hours to get mats (and ofc couldnt get elixirs). So the strong get stronger.

Now I'm not saying that something like this could happen here, but let's please bare in mind that if only a handfubosses drop the items that matter, they can be monopolised.

It can be a nice trigger point for pvp and drama, but if it goes too far and becomes dominated then.....

Fixed that little part for you there mate, neutral guilds were usually left alone and did mwun right next to us with no problems and without being pk'ed.

However Fractured need not show up unless they were prepared to fight at the boss for the boss, because rivals are hardly going to shake hands, smile and kill the boss together in a perfectly peaceful setting are they. You're welcome by the way.

Too many enemies on this server :P, and i hope it stays that way. Know one wants 1 guild controlling the server.

Also on topic - I didn't realize Judgement axe had such low damage but you can always use a HoM... Spearmen don't have PD/Shield and they have to fight the same mobs.

I have to say people's opinion on test server are pretty messed up.

From my few months playing it in a neutral guild, I got griefed by fractured on a daily basis and the reason I am in no mercy now is because it was only their protection that allowed me to hunt as a noob!

On topic.

Making bosses "announce" themselves is a brilliant idea. It's used in WoW and on pvp servers it makes for great fun!

I also think bosses should be "random" spawn. It's the same (no life) people killing the bosses. So rather than having set hours after being killed, make it random!

I agree with bosses announcing themselves. I think this is a great idea. Yes the odd boss may turn into a pk fight, but at least it gives us a chance. It gives neutrals a fair crack at it also. If we turn up and fear being pk'd, we can always leave.

However, most bosses I have seen spawn with multiple guilds they actually tend to kill as a group.
