Dsoma stats

Hi all, I know we have just had the dsoma revamp, and it seems pretty good, but I was wondering, why not let devil's put stats where they want, basically remove the caps you get each level..

Could still have a maximum cap, like 200 dex str con which you can't go over, but if you want to put 6 points in one at level up then so be it..

Just thought it might make dsoma a little more diverse, instead of all classes having the same stats..

Want to build a pure dex bow user, then fine, but you suffer with str and or con, build a pure str or con and suffer with other stats..

I'm not sure how many points you get on the way to 110 at the minute... 650ish? Which would need splitting between your 4 stats, which ever way you choose..

Just an idea to think about

every1 wud just remove wis for these extra stats

i do think going over the limits should cost an extra point or 2 though

there was some testing with it on test server didnt really work archers were runnin with 290str/210dex/220+con

i get that it would need some refining, but atleast each person might be a little bit different, and with the build you say, if people have no wis then they will be easy targets for mages in pvp..

not rly archers would destroy every1 lol
100% hit rate just about. massive damage at range.

How about some sort of system where, going over 200 in a stat costs 2 points instead? or even 3..

Problem is at the minute, you get some many points per level but its not really a choice where to put them, surely everyone caps the melle stats and the rest in wis

You could even try and stagger it, so an axer has a higher threshold in str before costing 2-3 points where as a bow user might start costing it around 150, people might still build there characters the same way but atleast there is choice

system is fine as it is atm just need abit boost on defense and everything will be ok
