"BLACKHAT""NOTMAT"But why though, whats wrong with having something that purely drops from bosses and no-one has seen yet? There's yet to be a single Legendary ingame. You're not missing out, by the time one drops you'll be strong enough to compete for boss kills.

I don't understand what else needs explaining. We already have Hardened, Rare, Epic and Intense tags. Why make Legendary tag weapons drop from normal mobs when they're supposed to be incredible rare and desired?[/quote]
Because they can still be incredibly rare, but everyone has a chance to get one and not just the bosses who get monopolized.[/quote]
