HORIZON	Pure Bow After 95 dex when are the other slowdowns for dex? Is it only when str slows, if so when is that? I know 156 but there are more I forget. Hunting BLG. VALASI	I think it's a combination of when Str slows and that Dex slows every 5 anyway. Dex is always relative to Str, except post 171 on new mobs. So you're right on the 156 one! HADOU	After 95 the only slow downs to dex are str slow downs. There is a stat slow down starting at 171 dex but I think that is unachievable at the current level cap.
