Q - is your rested gains affected by the amount? heard a rumor go around that if you have above 5% rested you gain it faster.
i will also add that can rested gain be increased by any margin, it is quite hard to get about 35% rested exp a day at around level 80 for it to be gone in 3 hours

In the past this was true, now it is a constant gain regardless
You can buy rested pots from donation store if you like |

Maybe consider making rested pots give much more rested until lvl 90 or 100 now the cap it 110 then having a sharp cut-off.
If they gave 25% per pot or even 12.5% until say lvl 90 then people would buy, supporting the server, & it would help level the disparity a bit between new & long time players. Even w/o levelling considerations long-time players have such a massive advantage in terms of barr & items that it can't be doing anything to entice new people in that they have virtually no prospect of competing.
