Limiting and unlimiting pking is just going to take away some peoples fun, I think.

I'd sooner go with making pkers more vulnerable for simply pking and that affect stacks the more times you pk in a single soma day or RL day.

Level 110 pkers with +5 or better gear isn't cool for most of the community, not less when theres more than 1.

Make them more huntable / visible and you'll find more of the community getting involved and making it a more reciprocal or revolving door kind of affect. Also make it so when you pk (or are grey) you cant use a res scroll and if your level 110, your stats drop by 5% for 5 minutes in place of a res scroll. A harsh debuff but I can see fun being had with that, especially if it stacks? :p

Making the risks of being grey harsher is a great idea (not just 110 but anyone)...punish them more upon death if they die grey, maybe allow revive but force 5% penalty?

just limit the pk gap to 10 levels this will help open up competitve pvp to everyone and stop people who have zero chance of fighting back getting 2 shot. will also allow more people to level to 100 in relative peace and not be discouraged by people with much higher stats flattening you whilst levelling.

I agree with this. A level 90 vs a level 110 now is so far apart stat wise its nuts.

After listening to a lot of feedback,

Removing KRD (People wont grief to make it better)
Reduce the Level gap of pk to 10
Have a delay after getting pkd in open world just a few seconds so they can atleast move spawn etc.

There are a few more things i think could be done, but it needs to not effect the mass pk wars, as this is what is needed more of i think we would all agree i.e organised pk group vs group.

These changes are not representative in any way of what the community wants though...

Removing KD is absurd and only caters to people who can't pvp or just dont care

A much more pressing issue which I think actually effects the whole usercount and not a very select few is damage output. This is what needs to be addressed to make PK wars longer and more exciting...

I as a quite balanced level 100 char can hit 95% damage every time I proc on Hadou (lvl 110)

on the other hand he can clicklock me with bow and zombie pants and when zombie hits the pot delay is so much that i cant stay alive. there are a lot of people out there who can't actually pot zombie who id imagine will still have this issue at lvl 110

This + group pvp = bloodbath with 0 skill involved , which is just not fun

Coming out of a PK war being happy with 10 deaths sums up for me why this is an issue at the moment
