Could you... create a calendar on the website, that shows planned events, likewise, maybe in time you could appoint a couple of community 'helpers' - no extra powers particularly, just to help organise fun events or stories.

No crazy reward, just the ability to create some community content.

Whilst our community is full, RP still exists for a few, or just the participation of something would be cool.
